Staff Needs
• How will you make space for staff seating and seatbelts?

• Where will you store staff members’ personal items?

• Where will you place medical equipment in relationship to doors, seats and walking paths?

• Will you have a washroom available on the vehicle or separate from it?

• Will you store supplies in the vehicle’s underbelly, in onboard storage or elsewhere?

Vehicle Exterior

• Will you keep your vehicle’s exterior plain or will you paint or use a wrap to advertise
your program?

• Will you need awnings or tents to account for clients waiting outside?

• Will you provide chairs and tables for clients waiting outside?
• Will you have one door or two doors for access, safety and circulation?

• Do you need roof access and how will that affect roofing materials?
• How will you provide ventilation? Will you need HVAC and roof vents?

• Where will storage be located and how much storage is necessary?

• Are your doors properly secure and reinforced and do they have appropriate locks (i.e.,
more advanced than standard RV locks)?
