              •   Are there lockboxes for client data, and are they located within easy reach of staff?


              •   Is your documentation available in multiple languages?


              •   How do you report client medical incidents?

              •   How do you report and deal with client aggression?

              •   Have you identified a resource at the partner site for reporting purposes?


              •   Where do you store client bags and belongings?


              •   Have you secured all parking permits and received a copy of each?

              •   What protocol do staff follow during surprise inspections from a fire department, police,
                  public health or ICE?

              •   What’s the protocol in cases of theft or fraud by clients or associates?


              •   How does staff deal with vehicle breakdowns?

              •   How do you report and rectify damage to the vehicle or trailer by staff?


              •   How do you engage repair services for mission-critical equipment?

              •   How do you report non-critical equipment damage?


              •   What is the disposal protocol for bio-waste, sharps, batteries, tires, recyclables, etc.?
