2026 Annual Mobile Healthcare Conference Scholarship Application

Mobile Healthcare Association will award 10 scholarships valued at up to $500 each to expand access to the 2026 Annual Mobile Healthcare Conference. Priority will be given to professionals helping plan, launch, or strengthen mobile healthcare programs in their first five years of development or operation. The goal is to help early-stage programs build the knowledge, relationships, and practical capacity needed for long-term sustainability.

What the scholarship provides

- Scholarship Award: Recipients may receive up to $500 toward conference participation. Scholarship funds may be applied to the Pre-Conference Intensive Training Course and/or Annual Conference registration fees. Continuing Medical Education (CME) fees are optional and are not covered by the scholarship.
- Access to the 2026 Annual Mobile Healthcare Conference educational program and peer community.
- A structured opportunity to bring conference learning back to the applicant’s organization and community.

Eligibility and selection

- Applicants must be directly involved in planning, launching, operating, improving, or sustaining a mobile healthcare program or mobile service strategy.
- Applicants must be able to attend the full conference and complete the recipient commitments listed in this application.
- Priority will be given to early-stage programs, applicants with meaningful financial or institutional barriers to attendance, organizations serving low-income or historically under-resourced communities, first-time Annual Mobile Healthcare conference attendees, and applicants who present a specific plan to apply and share their learning.
- While Mobile Healthcare Association membership is not required, membership status will be collected for program reporting.
