Call for Posters 2024
The Conference planning committee is seeking Poster Session presenters to provide insight about existing mobile healthcare programs to healthcare professionals who are establishing or expanding their own initiatives.
How to Create a Poster
Posters, which are written by one or more authors from a single organization, are an informal visual presentation/discussion of the unique services offered. Each participating organization will display, on a dedicated poster board, a graphic presentation of their program utilizing graphs, photos, diagrams and text.
At designated hours during the Conference, the organization's author(s) must be available at their poster display to discuss their program with attendees of the Conference.
Poster Abstract Submission Structure
Please include the following information:
- Program Highlights
- Description of the Unique Services Provided
Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
Each submission must have the following elements. Incomplete or overtly promotional/commercial submissions will be rejected.

- Clearly stated program descriptions
- Explanation of how your program expands access to healthcare
- Description of policies and procedures used in operating and sustaining your mobile program
- Relevance to mobile healthcare providers
What Mobile Healthcare Association will provide:
Mobile Healthcare Association will provide each presenter with a 4′ x 8′ display board and push pins for mounting posters to the display board. Your poster presentation must be attached to this display board and be self-contained in the space allotted. The presentation must be prepared in advance and brought to the conference.
The deadline for poster submission abstracts is May 6, 2024. All information is required to have your Abstract considered for the 2023 Annual Conference.
