Abstract Details

In 2024, we gather for the 20th year at the Annual Mobile Clinics Conference – a milestone in our history as the leading organization for mobile healthcare professionals. The Mobile Health Clinics Conference is dedicated to bringing together like-minded professionals to advance the field of mobile healthcare with a focus on increasing access and equity.

Conference Theme: Collective Momentum Leading with Collaboration and Innovation

We encourage participants to submit abstracts that highlight their innovative approaches to collaborations in mobile healthcare. Our goal for the Annual Conference is to help attendees understand and master effective collaboration strategies and innovative solutions that can lead to transformative advancements in increasing access and health equity in the field.

Submit your abstracts with a focus on practical insights and successful collaborative initiatives that contribute to the Conference’s overarching theme. While we think an important part of any presentation is telling your program’s story, please be sure that your submission focuses on teaching points that will be relevant to other mobile programs.

Abstract Criteria

The structure for the abstract (2500 characters max) of your submission should be as follows:

• Into which category does your submission fall?
• What challenge or opportunity was your program facing?
• What intervention(s) were implemented to address the challenge or opportunity?
• What were the outcomes (preferably measured) of the intervention?
• What are three (3) learning objectives attendees should learn by the end of the session?

Abstract Terms and Conditions

• Submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed.
• Preference will be given to Association members.
• Accepted abstracts will be published in the Mobile App, Association Website, and Conference Program.
• Speakers are required to register for the Conference. A special discounted registration fee of $550 per speaker for the Conference only has been established.
• All information is required in order to have your submission considered for the 2024 Conference.
