This session invites leaders into a thought experiment that rejects health care systems desire to return to normal. During this case, participants will be invited to enter the tension between a mobile-health-first outreach mindset and a traditional health care delivery center-focused mindset when community need is highest. The aim is to initiate thinking and activate strides toward adaptive change which requires learning, questioning, and testing new approaches for a healthy, hope-filled future.
