GENERAL
Who should attend this course?
This course is appropriate for anyone new to mobile or looking to start a program. The curriculum is
geared towards both the provider and administrator alike and will include the following:
● An overview of topics to consider when starting a mobile program
● A forum for an interactive discussion of operational program successes and difficulties
● Take away resources and network contacts to ensure program and staff success

Where can I find the Mobile Healthcare Association's Start-Up Guide?
The Start-Up Guide will be available on April 27, 2023, to all ITC registrants. The Guide will be viewable
through an emailed link and in the Members Only section of our website.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
What are the technical requirements needed to participate?

We will be using Zoom for both ITC sessions. To participate, you need an Internet connection and a web
browser. You will need a computer or laptop with speakers, a microphone, and a video camera. You can
also join on your smartphone or tablet with the Zoom app. While a camera is not required, we strongly
recommend the use of a camera for a more engaging experience.

How will I login to the virtual Intensive Training Course?
After you complete your registration, you will receive an email on May 1, 2023, with detailed
instructions on how to join the Spring ITC via Zoom. The email will include a link to log in to the virtual
event. All you will need is the Zoom link for entry. Each registered attendee will receive the link.

Where can I get technical support?
If you are experiencing difficulties with registration or logging in with the Zoom link provided, please

SESSION PREPARATION
What do I need for the virtual ITC Sessions?
To attend the virtual ITC, you need a stable internet connection, a laptop, tablet or computer, and a
valid registration. You will receive login details on May 1, 2023. Another best practice is to utilize an
ethernet cable (when possible) instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable internet connection. Make sure to
hydrate throughout the day and stand up and stretch.

What time does the virtual ITC start and end?
Spring Intensive Training Course is as follows:
Thursday, May 4, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET
Thursday, May 11, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET

What time zone will be used for the virtual course?
The virtual ITC times and agenda will be noted in Eastern Time.

Where can I find the course agenda?
The course agenda will be made available soon.
How do I ask questions to a presenter during a session?
You will be able to enter questions into the Chat panel, as well as unmute your audio when appropriate
to speak. You may ask a question to everyone or privately to the speaker.
Where do I find a list of course attendees?
A list of course attendees will be emailed to all registered attendees.
How can I fill out the course evaluation?
The course evaluation can be accessed at the end of the course within the chat in a follow-up email after
the training course.
