Virtual Spring Intensive Training Course for New Mobile Programs

This comprehensive, virtual event is designed for mobile healthcare professionals to deepen their knowledge of starting or running a mobile health clinic. This two-day course will provide access to resources and network contacts, templates, and sample documents for you to take back to your program. The curriculum is geared towards providers and administrators and will cover the essential steps to consider when starting a mobile healthcare program.
A Two-Day Virtual Session - Part 1 and Part 2
This two-day comprehensive virtual event is designed for anyone new to mobile or running a program. The curriculum is geared towards both the provider and administrator. Taught by mobile healthcare experts, this course will include the following:
● An overview of topics to consider when starting a mobile healthcare program.
● A forum for interactive discussions of operational program successes and difficulties.
● Access to resources and network contacts to ensure program and staff success.
● Access to the Mobile Healthcare Program Start-Up Guide 2.0 including more than 30 templates – Essential steps to consider when starting a mobile healthcare program.

● All check, purchase order, and ACH payments of all Conference fees must be paid by a U.S. bank (certified) cashier's check.
● All check and purchase order payments of all Spring ITC fees must be received by April 21, 2025.
● If registering after April 21, 2025, and would like to pay by check, purchase order, or ACH, arrangements must be made with Mobile Healthcare Association at emartin@mobilehca.org.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
● All cancellations of registration must be submitted in writing via email to emartin@mobilehca.org by April 7, 2025, for a full refund.
● After April 7, 2025 - No refunds granted except as otherwise approved
● Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.
● All refunds will be processed 30 days following the Course.
● No-shows are non-refundable.
