In response to the growing need for technical support from our members, this pilot program will combine group coaching and peer accountability to help newer mobile healthcare programs achieve their goals and foster a collaborative environment where members can learn from each other’s experiences, insights, and diverse perspectives.

Up to 36 member programs will be selected to participate. At no cost to participants, they will be placed into tracks and cohorts based on their preferences, challenges, organizational type, stage of development, and job role. The program will be organized around two tracks identified as priority needs by Mobile Healthcare Association members (2023 Member Survey).

Participants will be assigned to one of these tracks:

Mobile healthcare programs meeting the following criteria are eligible to apply*:

Must be a Mobile Healthcare Association member prior to applying.

Must have launched their first mobile healthcare program in 2018 or later.

Must have had at least one staff person who participated in either the Spring or Fall Intensive Training Course (ITC) in 2023. Priority will be given to those who attended the Pre-Conference Intensive Training Course (Fall) in Pittsburgh.

Must have one staff person who can serve as a primary contact and participate in all program activities (does not have to be the same as the ITC participant)

The primary contact may bring up to one additional team member to each coaching session. The additional team member does not have to be the same person for all coaching sessions. It may be a different team member each time based on the topic area or issue being addressed.

To support the success of participants, Mobile Healthcare Association will provide:

• Participant Kick-Off Call January 31, 2024 at 1pm ET (mandatory to attend).
• Five group coaching sessions: Cohorts will meet monthly February – June for 90 minutes.
• One hour of individualized coaching with a cohort coach.
• Connection with peer mobile healthcare programs.
• Access to resources and tools.

Expectations of Participants

During the pilot program, participants will be asked to provide input through the program’s implementation to ensure this and other technical assistance offerings are relevant and helpful. The feedback will be used to make improvements in real-time and for future iterations of the program. Additional expectations include:

Participant members should specify one person who is the program’s primary contact and will participate in all coaching sessions.

The primary contact may bring up to one additional team member to coaching sessions and may rotate those additional participants based on the topic area or issue being addressed.

Come prepared for and actively participate in each group coaching call.

Participate in peer accountability activities.

Complete all program evaluation activities.

Applicants will be asked to submit a brief application indicating which track they are interested in and describing at least one goal they aim to accomplish after participating.
