The Whitney on Wheels (WOW) Team has experienced change and challenges since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Each day, with new obstacles emerging, we learn to adjust and cope through the development of a reliable infrastructure that highlights communication, collaboration, and honesty. In this session we will offer lessons learned through both the common and unique challenges we faced throughout our deployment in the Capital Region of New York.
