Learning Objectives: Apply the SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) model to effectively communicate and implement change within mobile vision program. Analyze a case study on expanding a community-based vision health network in Oregon to identify key strategies, challenges, and lessons learned. Develop a preliminary action plan to initiate or enhance vision care services within participants’ own mobile or community health programs through a guided working session.
