This session will provide an opportunity for participants to engage in creating inclusive & welcoming environments grounded in individual responsibility. Dialogue will assist participants in recognizing everyday verbal & nonverbal insults that target a person or groups of people based on their membership in a marginalized community. Participants will address personal bias & learn to create greater inclusion within their particular role.
