Lake Country Pediatrics utilized Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) to evaluate the impact of the new mobile clinic on patients, staff, providers, and the community. CFIR can provide a practical guide for systematically assessing potential barriers, identify facilitators of success, and document resilience. Participants will have tools and resources to plan the implementation of a pediatric vaccine program.
