Safety on Your Mobile: Do You Have a Plan?
This session aims to emphasize the importance of safety in the mobile clinic setting by helping participants recognize its value and define what safety means in their specific work environment. Participants will learn to identify potential risks and hazards unique to their mobile clinic setting, and they will gain practical ideas to mitigate these risks effectively. Additionally, the session will provide examples of safety policies that can be adapted and implemented to foster a culture that honors psychological safety among all team members. The objectives below aim to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance workplace safety in mobile clinics, ultimately improving the quality of care and reducing risks for both staff and patients.
