This session will demonstrate a practical use of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) quality improvement (QI) framework in a mobile health program to make rapid, meaningful changes to decrease disparities in access to care. In addition, this presentation will describe the varies interventions that we implemented to increase volume and awareness during the pandemic through our QI efforts.
