During this session, participants will receive a focused after-action report from one of the teams leading the fight to control Covid-19 and all its variants, in the largest, most densely populated, and most diverse city in the US, including the number one lesson learned. This presentation acknowledges that meaningful success measured by impact is built by the synergy between data and a team’s ability to adapt.
