CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Mobile Healthcare Association is providing a grant opportunity exclusively for our members to help develop a structured approach to collecting, analyzing, and reporting essential data to enhance program effectiveness.

A strong evaluation and monitoring plan can provide evidence of value to stakeholders, and secure funding and support, while also enabling continuous adaptation to community needs. Additionally, an effective monitoring plan can assist your program in optimizing resources, ensuring limited resources are used efficiently to maximize health outcomes.

We invite our members to share why your program should receive a $10,000 grant and how it will be used.

A panel of experts will review all submissions, and ten mobile healthcare programs will be awarded up to $10,000 each. Selected grantees might be invited to showcase their program on the Association’s website, social media platforms, and/or in the quarterly newsletter.

Important Dates to Know:
• Application Opens: September 27, 2024
• Q&A Session (via Zoom): October 2, 2024
• Application Closes: October 25, 2024
• Selected Programs Announced: By November 15, 2024

Who is Eligible?
• Mobile Healthcare Association members in good standing
• Programs currently operating a mobile program
• Programs in operation for at least one year as of 10/1/2024
• Non-profit organizations with 501C (3) status, county or state agency

What will be included in the award?
• Up to $10,000 to invest in developing a monitoring and evaluation plan
• Sharing of your program on all Mobile Healthcare Association social media platforms.
