Mobile Healthcare Association is committed to presenting members with continued opportunities to share best practices about the mobile health field. Sharing knowledge from one mobile healthcare program to another has been an integral part of education within our community.
We encourage you to submit an abstract to be considered for presentation at the 19th Annual Mobile Health Clinics Conference. The Conference is a place to share your innovative ideas and solutions with your colleagues in mobile health. The abstract submission deadline is Monday, March 27, 2023.
Conference Theme: Building Bridges and Making Connections
The mobile clinic model was designed to bring care to populations with barriers preventing them from accessing care. A successful mobile clinic program begins with outreach to potential partners, funding organizations, and the populations it serves to deliver on its mission. During the 19th Annual Mobile Health Clinics Conference, attendees will gain knowledge in all aspects of outreach, so they can apply these skills to achieve excellence for their programs and better serve the populations they care for.
While we think an important part of any presentation is telling your program’s story, please be sure that your submission focuses on teaching points that will be relevant to other mobile programs.

Abstract Criteria
Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, March 27, 2023
The structure for the abstract (2500 characters max) of your submission should be as follows:
- Into which category does your submission fall?
- What challenge or opportunity was your program facing?
- What intervention(s) were implemented to address the challenge or opportunity?
- What were the outcomes (preferably measured) of the intervention?
- What are 3 learning objectives attendees should learn by the end of the session?
Abstract Terms and Conditions
- Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed.
- Preference will be accorded to Association members.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Mobile App, Association Website, and Conference Program.
- Speakers are required to register for the Conference. A special discounted registration fee has been established for speakers of $550 per person for the Conference only.
- All information is required in order to have your submission considered for the 2023 Conference.
