If your organization plans to send two or more people to the Conference, the first attendee pays the first person price, and any additional attendees pay the two or more price.

Check/Purchase Order Payment

• All check and purchase order payments of all Conference fees must be paid by a U.S. bank (certified) cashier’s check.
• All check and purchase order payments of all Conference fees must be received by August 26, 2024.
• If registering after August 5, 2024, and would like to pay by check or purchase order, arrangements must be made with Kim Lieberman at klieberman@mobilehca.org.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Kim Lieberman at klieberman@mobilehca.org by August 1, 2024, for a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
• After August 1, 2024 – No refunds granted except as otherwise approved.
• Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.
• All refunds will be processed 30 days following the Conference.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
