Join us for the 22nd Annual Mobile Health Clinics Conference, the leading educational forum for mobile healthcare professionals in 2026.
This year’s theme, Meeting the Moment: Preparing for Growth, Sustainability, and Impact, focuses on uniting leaders and innovators to advance mobile healthcare in response to emerging opportunities within the field. Together, we aim to expand access, promote health equity, and drive lasting impact in communities nationwide.
We encourage participants to submit abstracts that highlight bold strategies, transformative innovations, and practical initiatives in mobile healthcare. Submissions should align with this year’s theme and emphasize actionable lessons and best practices that other mobile programs can apply. The abstract submission deadline is Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

Community Collaboration, Engagement, Partnership
- Submissions in this category can spotlight innovative strategies for building and sustaining collaborations or partnerships with various community stakeholders. Topics can include approaches to community engagement and outreach, trust-building, collaborative program planning and design, and ongoing communications efforts that support greater access to care and follow up services
Culture, Leadership, People
- Submissions in this category can spotlight strategies and best practices for leading, developing, and sustaining high-performing mobile health teams, including staff recruitment and retention, team culture, staff well-being, leadership development, and innovative staffing or care team models.
Program Operations and Service Delivery Models
- Submissions in this category can spotlight strategies for planning, designing and operationalizing various types of mobile programs and service delivery models. Submissions can also explore operational and/or shared services partnerships that improve access to care.
Patient/Client Experience, Customer Service, Quality, Impact
- Submissions in this category can spotlight the overall patient/client experience, and demonstrate measurable impact in mobile health programs, including quality improvement, outcomes measurement, patient satisfaction, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies. Submissions may also explore data-informed approaches, partnerships, and emerging technologies that support evaluation and performance.
Infrastructure, Capital Investments, Technology Solutions
- Submissions in this category can spotlight innovations, best practices, and lessons learned in developing, financing and/or funding initial capital investments, and sustaining mobile health infrastructure (e.g., vehicles, electronic health technology, satellite and telecom, major equipment, and other key investments in program infrastructure).
Financial Sustainability
- Submissions in this category can spotlight achievable strategies, models, and lessons learned for advancing program growth in a financially sustainable manner. These strategies, models, and lessons learned can focus on initial capital investment, funding/revenue diversification over time, financial partnerships and cost-sharing initiatives, and successful contracting efforts with health plans.

Abstract Submission Deadline: Tuesday, April 21, 2026
The structure for the abstract (2500 characters max) of your submission should be as follows:
- Into which category does your submission fall?
- What challenge or opportunity was your program facing?
- What intervention(s) were implemented to address the challenge or opportunity?
- What were the outcomes (preferably measured) of the intervention?
- What are 3 learning objectives attendees should learn by the end of the session?
Abstract Terms and Conditions
- Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed.
- Preference will be accorded to Association members.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Mobile App, Association Website, and Conference Program.
- Speakers are required to register for the Conference. A special discounted registration fee of $750 per speaker for the Conference only has been established.
- All information is required in order to have your submission considered for the 2023 Conference.
