This presentation aims to describe best practices for establishing partnerships to support mobile unit maintenance and driver operations. The team will discuss our partnership with our Fleet Management Team to experience greater availability for patient care and reduce the overall cost of operations versus our peers in the local market that used alternative approaches. While many organizations may not have the size and scope for internal support, there are essential strategies and functions that greatly impact the success of any mobile service.
