June 8, 2026 — The Mobile Healthcare Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Mary Ellen Beliveau, M.Ed., as the Association’s new Chief Executive Officer. Beliveau will officially begin her role on June 8, 2026.
Following a comprehensive national search conducted in partnership with LeaderFit, the Board interviewed a number of highly qualified candidates before unanimously selecting Beliveau for this leadership role.
“Mary Ellen’s leadership experience, collaborative approach, and passion for advancing access to care made her the clear choice to lead the Association into its next chapter,” said Dr. Sanghamitra Misra, Chair of the Association’s Board of Directors. “The Board believes this transition to CEO reflects both the scope of the opportunity ahead and the Association’s growing role as a national leader — strengthening member value, building strategic partnerships, advancing sustainability, and helping shape the future of mobile healthcare.”
Beliveau is a mission-driven healthcare executive, association leader, founder, and strategist who has spent her career working at the intersection of healthcare, education, professional development, and community impact. She brings deep experience building member-centered organizations, strengthening partnerships, supporting convenings and communities of practice, and creating sustainable programs that help healthcare professionals and organizations deliver better care.
Beliveau joins the Mobile Healthcare Association at an important moment for mobile healthcare. Across the country, mobile clinics and mobile care models are playing an increasingly vital role in improving access, reaching underserved communities, strengthening rural and community-based care, and connecting people to the services they need.
“I am honored and excited to join the Mobile Healthcare Association at such a meaningful moment,” said Mary Ellen Beliveau. “Mobile healthcare is one of the most practical and human-centered ways to improve access and bring care closer to people and communities. The Association has already built a trusted community and a strong national platform. In my first months, my priority will be to listen carefully, learn from members and partners, and work with the board and team to strengthen the Association’s value, sustainability, and impact in the years ahead.”
Mobile Healthcare Association extends its gratitude to its members, partners, stakeholders, staff, and board for their continued commitment to advancing mobile healthcare. Please join us in welcoming Mary Ellen Beliveau.
