Call for Posters 2026
The Conference Planning Committee is seeking Poster Session presenters to provide insight into existing mobile healthcare programs for healthcare professionals who are establishing or expanding their program initiatives.
How to Create a Poster
Posters are informal visual presentations or discussions of the unique services, written by one or more authors from a single organization. Each participating organization will display a graphic presentation of its program on a dedicated poster board, utilizing graphs, photos, diagrams, and text.
The organization’s author(s) must be available at their poster display at the designated time (TBD) to discuss their program with Conference attendees.
Poster Abstract Submission Structure
Please include the following information:
- Program Highlights
- Description of the Unique Services Provided
Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines
Each submission must have the following elements. Incomplete or overtly promotional/commercial submissions will be rejected.
- Clearly stated program descriptions
- Explanation of how your program expands access to healthcare
- Description of policies and procedures used in operating and sustaining your mobile program
- Relevance to mobile healthcare providers
What Mobile Healthcare Association will provide:
Mobile Healthcare Association will provide each presenter with a 4′ x 8′ display board and push pins for mounting posters. Your poster presentation must be attached to this display board and fit within the allotted space. The presentation must be prepared in advance and brought to the Conference.
Poster submissions open on April 23, 2026.
The deadline to submit a poster is June 4, 2026. All information is required for your poster abstract to be considered for the 2026 Annual Conference.
