Conference Health and Safety Policy 2026

Our Shared Commitment
Your health and safety are important to us. Mobile Healthcare Association and our venue partners are following guidance from federal, state, and local public health authorities to help create a safe environment for everyone attending the 22nd Annual Mobile Health Clinics Conference.

While we are taking these precautions, no measures can eliminate the risk of communicable diseases. We encourage all participants to take steps that support their own health and well-being throughout the event.

As conditions continue to evolve, our safety protocols may change. We’ll share any updates on our website, via email, and other communication channels. Thank you for helping us create a safe and respectful experience for all.
