If your organization plans to send two or more people to the Conference, the first attendee pays the first person price, and any additional attendees pay the two or more price.

Payments by Check, PO, or ACH
- All check and purchase order payments for all Conference fees must be paid by a U.S. bank (certified) cashier’s check
- Please include the organization name used in your registration in the memo of your check/purchase order payment
- All check and purchase order payments for all Conference fees must be received by September 4, 2026.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations received by August 31, 2026, are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
• Cancellations received after August 31, 2026, are eligible toward a credit for the 23rd Annual Mobile Health Clinics Conference in 2027.
• Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge and are encouraged.
• All refunds will be processed 30 days following the Conference back to the original payment method.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
