Maternal health disparities continue to disproportionately affect underserved communities, particularly among women of color. Mobile healthcare programs are uniquely positioned to bridge these gaps by delivering integrated, accessible care that supports both mother and infant from pregnancy through the postpartum year. This training equips healthcare leaders and providers with practical strategies to incorporate maternal health services into mobile settings. Participants will explore care integration models, billing and reimbursement pathways, and real-world examples of successful programs that improve outcomes through culturally responsive, equity-centered care.

Learning Objectives:

  • Design a strategy to incorporate maternal health services—including prenatal, postpartum, and infant care—into existing mobile clinic operations.
  • Identify and navigate billing, coding, and reimbursement opportunities that support sustainable maternal health service delivery.
  • Apply best practices and lessons learned from high-performing mobile maternal health programs to enhance care quality and access.
