How can we make sure that our efforts to measure and communicate our impact receive the attention they deserve? In this workshop, we will discuss a key element of effective evaluation – usefulness. We will explore ways to ensure that your results get used, including identifying your audience and their priorities, crafting well-defined evaluation questions, choosing the right methods, and sharing your results in a way that engages and inspires stakeholders. You will hear from other programs about their experience making program evaluation useful. Through hands-on, small group exercises, we will practice these new skills and learn from each other.
