Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), includes an understanding of traumatic exposure, and a biological, psychological, neurological, and social impact of trauma. Case studies will be shared to help develop problem-solving skills and apply evidence-based and patient-centered approaches to care. Case studies will be shared for discussion in groups with facilitation by Trauma Informed Program leaders, and group de-briefing will be included as a report-out with the larger group of attendees.
